I was pleased then to find (via <a href=\"http:\/\/theologyinverse.blogspot.com\/2009\/06\/why-christians-should-read-fiction.html\">Justin Wainscott<\/a>) this article by Mary DeMuth titled, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breakpoint.org\/listingarticle.asp?ID=11853\">&#8220;Why Should Christ-Followers Read Fiction?&#8221;\u009d<\/a> DeMuth deals with common arguments against &#8220;wasting\u009d&#8221; one&#8217;s time on fiction.<br \/>\nI also recommend <a href=\"http:\/\/www.douglasbond.webs.com\/\">Doug Bond&#8217;s<\/a> lecture <a href=\"http:\/\/www.box.net\/shared\/lmdgupe9ry\">&#8220;Teaching Truth with Fiction.&#8221;\u009d<\/a> Bond&#8217;s fiction is wonderful and I have commended it often at <a href=\"http:\/\/childrenshourbooks.blogspot.com\/search\/label\/Douglas%20Bond\">my other blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>So this summer take up some good fiction and read. If you don&#8217;t have any ideas on where to start with your fiction reading I mentioned some last summer <a href=\"http:\/\/rvanneste.blogspot.com\/search?q=jekyl\">in a post of ideas for summer reading<\/a>.
