I have for years said this piece deserved republication for a new audience. You can see <a href=\"http:\/\/rayvanneste.com\/?p=537\">an earlier blog post here<\/a>. At the time of that post, WorldCat only showed 3 copies of the booklet in the US. I am pleased it will now be accessible to all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prof. Soderberg references that post in <a href=\"https:\/\/gregorysoderberg.substack.com\/p\/new-book-published?fbclid=IwY2xjawHG2jpleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHX9c47z2724jdlVMOJwne-CnHDv3O728NmjOlWi-kL4j_HstzER54x5VqA_aem_MudJFr3qL6cNmCq_Wn0oEQ\">his discussion of the new book<\/a>. I encourage you to get and read this little book, It is thoughtful and helpful. I remain convinced, as I have argued elsewhere (a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegospelcoalition.org\/article\/three-arguments-for-weekly-communion\/\">brief piece<\/a>, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Lords-Supper-Remembering-Proclaiming-Christ\/dp\/0805447571\/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1283972387&amp;sr=1-1\">book chapter<\/a>), that the practice of weekly communion is beneficial to individual believers and to churches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3VEC2Nw\">take up and read<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kudos to Gregory Soderberg for this new edition of this important essay by John Brown of Haddington!
