Family worship, so common in previous days (indeed lack of it was often considered grounds for discipline!), has fallen on hard times. Terry Johnson&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/redirect?link_code=ur2&#038;tag=thechildrshou-20&amp;amp;camp=1789&#038;creative=9325&amp;path=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fgp%2Fproduct%2F1857924010%2Fqid%3D1138075037%2Fsr%3D11-1%2Fref%3Dsr_11_1%3Fn%3D283155\">The Family Worship Book: A Resource Book for Family Devotions<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"BORDER-RIGHT: medium none; BORDER-TOP: medium none; MARGIN: 0px; BORDER-LEFT: medium none; BORDER-BOTTOM: medium none\" height=\"1\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=thechildrshou-20&#038;l=ur2&amp;o=1\" width=\"1\" border=\"0\" \/> is a great resource for a family wanting to begin family worship. You can see my review of this book <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uu.edu\/centers\/biblical\/bookreviews\/review.cfm?ID=17\">here.<\/a> As you can see in the review, part of what I like about this book is the down to earth approach. Johnson encourages us to be simple and focused on the main thing.
